The wolf seems to have either finished it's meal, or gone through a fight, and it's expression is weary. The snow ties it all together. All in all, wonderful!   Epilogue Guest 2008-11-12 Very good The snow seems to be in a swirling frenzy, almost mirroring what the viewer assumes the blood might have been doing. The expression on the wolf is wavering between "You can't prove nuthin!" and "I dare you. Take one step closer." Also, I noticed the surrounding scenery is rather circular, almost like an added touch of the calm just after the swirling violence; whether it be a fight or the wolf was devouring it's kill. I like this picture quite a bit, it captures the violent terror that wolves are capable of causing. I should know =] And, well, the blood just kinda makes the piece what it is. Everyone should really stop judging that part. Looks kinda like the wolf was bloodied up quite a bit.
